Tony joined the company in 2012 and has oversight and responsibility for the facilities maintenance division of the company’s entire management portfolio. His strong management skills enable him to lead the facilities maintenance team and provide our clients with the highest customer satisfaction.  With more than 10 years of general construction, electrical, mechanical, irrigation, plumbing, and HVAC experience, Tony has demonstrated his ability to use these skills on numerous projects. His focus on analyzing utility usage has been vital in lowering building operating expenses. He has excellent rapport with property owners, tenants, and local vendors.
