Dana Kane

BUSINESS EXPERIENCE

Dana joined Weaver Realty Group in 2008 as an administrative assistant and moved into property management not long after. Eighteen years later, she has seen the company’s office and retail properties from nearly every angle, and that perspective is what owners come to rely on. She understands how a building actually runs day to day, where the operating dollars go, and which vendors can be counted on when something needs attention right away.

Dana is a team player in the truest sense. She works closely with everyone in the office – including our maintenance crew, whose knowledge of these buildings she considers one of the company’s real advantages. Good property management, in her view, is rarely a solo effort. Born and raised in Jacksonville, Dana has a genuine affection for this city. Outside of work, she, her husband, and their two kids spend as much time outdoors as possible, usually on their boat.
