Joining the company in June 2023, Nicole is our newest addition to the team. Her role as Property Analyst is to assist our managers with the day-to-day operations of our increasing portfolio. Nicole comes from a retail background, not as a property manager, but as a prior General Manager in the food service industry. Her vast knowledge of budgets, profit and loss and managing a team is a welcome addition to our office.
