His focus is on improving our processes, management oversight for several facets of the facilities components, and providing support to the property management team. With more than 15 years of facilities management experience, Jim has demonstrated his ability to use these skills to provide oversight and organization to daily operations. He has excellent rapport with property owners, tenants, and local vendors.
