BUSINESS EXPERIENCE

Chris joined Weaver Realty Group in 2012 as Director of Operations and was appointed President of the company in January 2017. Activities include overseeing day to day operations, tenant and capital improvements projects, quality control management, and vendor management, monitoring productivity, and most importantly ensuring the company meets client satisfaction. He is a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker and has been involved in commercial transactions valued in excess of $65 million. In addition, Chris is a Certified General Contractor, LEED Accredited Professional, and has also successfully completed the FMI Leadership and Bell Leadership development programs.

Prior to joining Weaver Realty Group, Chris was a Project Manager at Balfour Beatty Construction. He has experience in commercial, civil, military, and residential construction. Activities included overall project oversight, financial reporting, budget management, material analysis, and construction scheduling. He has managed several large construction projects totaling $212 million in value.
