Charlotte joined the company twenty years ago with an extensive background in administrative, public relations, and computer programming. Throughout her tenure at Weaver Realty Group, she elevated from Leasing Assistant to Assistant Property Manager which provided extensive training and valuable experience leading to her promoting to Property Manager. Charlotte is responsible for a large portfolio of office and retail buildings for multiple clients. She works closely with individual owners providing excellent customer service and maintaining good tenant and vendor relations. Charlotte is effective with contract negotiations and handles a variety of capital improvement projects. She also served in the U. S. Navy for five plus years, traveling various countries and enjoying a broad range of cultural experiences.
