Shelly joined Weaver Realty Group in 2026 and serves as a Property Accountant, supporting the financial and operational aspects of commercial real estate.

Shelly brings a diverse background in accounting and property management to Weaver Realty Group. Her experience gives her a strong understanding of both the financial and operational sides of commercial real estate. Having worked directly in property management earlier in her career, Shelly understands that property accounting is about more than numbers. She understands the importance of working closely with property managers, owners, vendors, and tenants to make sure the financial side supports what is happening at the property level.
