Nicole joined Weaver Realty Group in June 2023 and serves as a Property Analyst, supporting the management and day-to-day operations of the company’s commercial real estate portfolio. In her role, she assists with property accounting and financial reporting, lease administration, tenant relations, vendor coordination, and other operational functions essential to maintaining well-managed commercial properties.

Prior to joining Weaver Realty Group, Nicole served as a General Manager in the food service industry, where she developed valuable experience in budgeting and financial oversight, daily operations, customer service, personnel management, and team leadership. Her background managing fast-paced operations has provided her with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills that translate well to the demands of commercial property management.

Since joining Weaver Realty Group, Nicole has continued to expand her knowledge of commercial real estate while becoming an integral part of the company’s property management operations. Her attention to detail, operational experience, and commitment to responsive service help support Weaver Realty Group’s focus on providing reliable, hands-on management for its clients and tenants.
