With more than 29 years of experience in commercial real estate and property management, Charlotte Limbrick has built a distinguished career defined by leadership, professionalism, and a strong commitment to client service. She joined Weaver Realty Group nearly three decades ago, bringing an extensive background in administration, public relations, and computer programming. Throughout her career with the company, Charlotte advanced from Leasing Assistant to Assistant Property Manager and ultimately to Property Manager, gaining comprehensive expertise across all facets of commercial property operations.

As a Property Manager, Charlotte oversees a diverse portfolio of office, retail and light industrial warehouse properties on behalf of multiple clients. She works closely with property owners to maximize operational efficiency, protect asset value, and ensure that the needs of tenants and ownership are consistently addressed. Her responsibilities encompass day-to-day property operations, financial and administrative oversight, contract and vendor negotiations, tenant relations, and the planning and execution of capital improvement projects.

Charlotte is recognized for her ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and industry professionals. Her hands-on approach, attention to detail, sound judgment, and ability to effectively navigate complex operational matters have made her a trusted resource to the clients she serves. She brings a solutions-oriented mindset to every aspect of property management, with a focus on delivering exceptional service while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and accountability.

Prior to beginning her career with Weaver Realty Group, Charlotte served more than five years in the U.S. Navy. Her military service provided her with valuable leadership, discipline, adaptability, and organizational skills, while also giving her the opportunity to travel internationally and experience a broad range of cultures and perspectives. These experiences continue to influence her approach to leadership, relationship building, and professional service.
